SOP Pelaksanaan Penguatkuasaan Pengimportan Mainan Kanak-kanak

Pendahuluan

Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan (KPDNKK) telah menggubal Peraturan-Peraturan Perlindungan berhubung standard keselamatan mainan kanak-kanak. Ianya bertujuan untuk memastikan bahawa mainan yang diimport dan dijual di pasaran tempatan adalah selamat untuk digunakan. Peraturan-Peraturan Pengguna berhubung standard keselamatan bagi mainan kanak-kanak yang dimaksudkan adalah berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan seperti berikut : -

Import Export Procedure

Places For Import And Export

Goods can be imported and exported by land, air and sea but only at the places listed in the First Schedule of the Customs Regulations, 1977. Among the places includes:-

Importation Of Electrical Goods

Importation of electrical goods for domestic use as listed under Item 24, Fourth Schedule of Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 1998 are subjected to approval certificate issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Malaysian Energy Commission (MEC).

Export In-Situ

Export In-Situ, first introduced on 15.10.1992, is a facility allowing express passage in exporting finished goods produced by export oriented factories.

Goods Exported Without K2

In Budget 1998, Finance Minister had announced additional facility to exporter, where they are allowed to export goods without forwarding Customs Form No.2. Customs Form No.2 needs only be forwarded during 7 days from release date. Trading Requirements All export goods are eligible to use this facility except:
