CLIENTS’ CHARTER MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION |
- To process all completed tender / quotation documents that do not involve the tender evaluation committee within 10 working days from the closing date.
- To process bills for payment of within 14 working days from the date of receipt of completed voucher until the fund being transferred (EFT) to the bank.
- To manage and resolve technical problems and damage to computer equipment within 3 working days from the date of the report received.
- To manage and settle all annual performance evaluation of personnel by the month of March every year.
- To manage registration of departments’ mobile and live assets within 14 working days after confirmation of receipt of assets involved, accompanied with complete information required.
- To prepare the recommendation and promotion paper of personnel within 12 month.
- To release results of competency examination within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the minutes meeting of the Competency Board, Ministry of Finance.
- To manage all services examination within 90 working days from the date of the examination until the examination results being published.
